”This was a great property! Beautiful and spacious enough for our family of four. Owner had quick communication when I panicked and could not find the property after GPS took me clear to the other side of town . We didn’t use the dock and such bc 1. I didn’t ask where it was and 2. We were busy and didn’t stay in too much. All in all, No complaints. Would definitely stay again!Thanks for having us!”

”We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again! I was a little skeptical about the shared boat dock and basically the back yard once I realized it was shared. However, the neighbors were very friendly and it really was no issue at all. The home was clean and relaxing! Host was kind and informative. Great place to stay!”

Everything about it was great, house had everything we needed as far as kitchen, entertainment etc. we brought our boat and tied up to the dock with no issues, private cove in a no wake zone which was very nice. The house layout was also perfect for a large blended family. Jim was easy to communicate with and would stay here again. ”

”We are a group of 9 that were in town for a baseball tournament in Roanoke Rapids. The house was a quick 25 minutes to the ball field. While the rest of the team was crammed around a hotel pool, we were relaxing in the lake. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was spacious to cook and had all necessary supplies and even spices. When our tournament ran late, the owners were super responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again. ”

”Absolutely LOVED staying here. Very quiet spot off of a private road. Plenty of space to spread out and all the amenities were perfect -- kayaks, grill, fishing poles, floats, kitchen supplies, etc. Can't wait to go back. ”

”Great property and location. Plenty of parking even room for a boat trailer if needed. Nice deck area with a great view, dock area much larger than what pics looked like, awesome bluetooth setup with fridge too. Awesome stay!!”

”Amazing home and lake vacation from start to finish! Never have we ever stayed in a house so well appointed and so well stocked. It made our stay with young kids such a breeze! From spices to towels to basic cleaners, it was all there and at our disposal. The fishing poles, life jackets, kayaks and pedal boat were all wonderful and added a lot to our experience! We have found our new lake house rental!! Natalie (and John!) were so above and beyond what you'd expect in hosts! We'll be returning...

”This is a wonderful house for a family vacation. There were 11 of us. There is plenty of room and lots of sleeping space. The house is very well-equipped. It is right on the lake with a nice dock. Swimming is great, and there are two kayaks. It is at the mouth of a cove with easy access to main lake. The host is communicative and check-in and out were very easy. I would definitely come again.”
