”The host was wonderful and very responsive. She even offers extended check out which was great. The listing could be a bit more detailed on the apartment. It appears to be a place to rent rooms but the whole apartment was offered. There is a camera IN the apartment which was very uncomfortable as I felt like I could not get comfortable for the time I was there and being watched I could not enjoy the living room. Other than that I have no complaints.”

”The apartment is cozy and the area is very tranquil.
It has all the amenities you might need when traveling and everything looks like brand new. We had a plumbing issue that was resolved the next day. Very responsive and attentive”

”Loved the place, very quiet and comfortable. We traveled with our adult son and there was plenty of space for the 3 of us. Some minor issues was the water temperature in both of the showers. It was very hard to turn down the hot water, that happened on our last two days. If the master bedroom could have a small dresser or plastic drawers it would be amazing, the closet has plenty of space for it. Lastly, parking is challenging for guests. Other than those issues our stay was great!”

”It's right downtown Newark and surrounded by everything which was great. What isn't great about it, is parking... You absolutely can not park on the streets from 12am to 6 am and during peak hours it's very difficult to find parking. The place was pretty tidy and neat. Any issues I had with the place the property manager was quick to respond. I think for the room it was a little pricey but overall a decent experience. Not bad at all.”

”Jay is an amazing host. The property was clean, nice and area was good. I would book this house again in a heartbeat. The yard was clean. It was an overall 10 for me”
