”The house worked well for our group. It’s a fun layout and the beds were comfortable. Location was close to the metro, which was convenient. ”Property was clean and easily accessible! Our host brought us cookies and asked if there was anything he could do for us. The house had everything we needed and the neighborhood was quiet. There was a nice little area outside for a fire! Would most definitely recommend a stay here!”

”Our Washington experience was enriched by staying in a residential neighborhood that dates to the 1800s The neighbors were friendly. The house had been redone in the last couple of years, with new bathroom fixtures, kitchen appliances, flooring, very clean. We could walk to the Safeway, trolley stop, nearby restaurant. Most of the time there were five of us, and we enjoyed sitting out on the front porch for drinks and snacks. ”

”Very nice host! Close to the Metro and RFK Field. The host was very responsive to our inquiries and provided lots of useful information. I will say this house sleeps more of 8 if you have all adults but for us that was a minor thing as most of us weren’t there at the same time so it worked great! We plan to come back to DC next year and this definitely is going to be our first choice! Parking was no problem and plenty of it great location! ”

”This property was as advertised - fabulous location for sightseeing. Metro a block away, Safeway a block away too. We are five college friends in our early 70’s and this property worked well for us. ”My sister and I loved this property! We came for just a few days to enjoy the city, and this place was the perfect spot for us to come home to and unwind and truly feel safe in our environment. It was also really convenient to have so many places for us to eat at, just within a mile of the home!! Plus there were E-bikes/scooters everywhere and that was one of our main forms of transportation! ”

”Nice house in a vibrant neighborhood. Very close to the national mall. NoMa metro station was a 30 min walk, not bad in the mornings. Bikes, scooters, and vsrious ride shares are convenient to this location. One train change and you can be at the Smithsonian stop in about 20 min. Nicely located hotel with no full breakfast

"Mukava hotelli lähellä Capitolia and rautatieasemaa. Mukava uima-allas....tosin kovin täysi ja meluisa. Mutta hotellin hinnoittelumalli on kasittämätön - full breakfast jonka perusteella hotellin valitsin on yksi ruokalaji listalta + kahvi tai tuoremehu...no free refills. Eli ei lähelläkään full breakfast. - lisämaksu resort fee otsikolla tiesin etukateen mutta silti ihmettelen miksi tuota maksua ei voi lisätä huoneen hintaan. Hotellista tuli myos n kappaletta alennuskuponkeja ravintolaan jotka jai kayttämättä kun en niita ymmärtänyt ja kukaan ei niita selvittanyt vaikka kysyin. "
