”The apartment was ok but we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the glasses and cutlery. The smell was also musty and having a family above was loud. The property was beautiful and so was the pool. The town of sperlonga is incredible ”

”We loved this home. The view outside was fantastic. The only issue was that there was a musty (maybe cat?) scent in the air and we’ll all got allergic reactions. The furniture inside could be a bit more comfortable but we enjoyed our stay.”

”The property is in a rural location offering seclusion, peace and quiet amongst absolutely stunning surroundings of tree-lined hills. The property consists of two buildings, each with two bedrooms. The main building is very spacious and offers a large, open-plan kitchen, dining-room, living room area complete with TV and table-football table. ”We've had a lovely stay at this villa. Best way I can describe it is as an authentic Italian experience well away from tourists and the beaten track. Easy to get to Rome though ( train from Zagarolo ) and we can recommend the Hydromania water park too, a 40 minute drive away. We spent most of our time relaxing and the pool was brilliant for our children and we hardly spent any time indoors. A big thanks to the owner PierPaolo and to Angelo the gardener.”

”Wir hatten mit Hund und Freunden 4 wunderschöne Tage in Patricias phantastischem Haus. Patricia war ausgesprochen gastfreundlich, von der Begrüßung bis zur Verabschiedung, immer parat, wenn man Fragen hatte mit guten Tipps zur Umgebung. Wir sind 2 Tage zum Sightseeing in Rom gewesen (mit dem Zug, die Verbindung ist super) und waren jeden Abend froh in diese Oase mit dem riesigen Garten zurückkehren zu können. Die Kinder konnten Fußball spielen, der Hund war glücklich (sein Reich ;)), wir konnten...

”We loved our stay. Giancarlo gave us very good support upfront, and he’s always reachable. The fully equipped property was perfect for our family of four. Our children lloved the garden with lemon tree and the bicycles that are available for the guests. ”

”Our family of 4 stayed for 3 nights. The site is magnificent, high up on a hillside with wonderful views. The garden and terraces are planted with many different plants and trees, making for interesting exploring. There is a pool and shaded activities area also, so something for everyone’s interest. The house is well appointed with a lovely shaded patio on which to sit and enjoy the views. Beds were comfortable and the house has everything you need. Terracina has a lovely beach and good...

”Der Besitzer ist sympathisch u hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation ist unproblematisch. Die Umgebung ist ruhig u das Haus ist schön für eine Familie mit Kids u Hundchen, auch nicht weiter vom Wasser weg. Es gibt vielen Supermärkte in der Nähe. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche dort verbracht.”
