”Great property. Our room was spacious with all of the amenities and supplies available at no extra charge. The front desk concierge staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. We had a great experience and would definitely stay there again if we ever go back to Kyoto. Highly recommend!”

”The location was good enough and convenient for getting around. The room was more spacious than most hotel rooms in Japan, which we really appreciated. Having a washing machine inside the room was also a great feature.
Since we usually ate out, this was not an issue for us, but guests planning a longer stay and intending to cook may find the kitchen equipment quite limited.
Overall, we had a good experience and would consider staying here again.”

”Check-in was bit confusing. We arrived half an hour before check-in time and there no staff at the reseption, just a board with a instructions how to check in and with a mention that we should have receaved a passcode for our key, we did not have reveaved any email from this place prior the check-in day. Few minutes before the check-in time staff member arrived and opened the reception and we were able to check-in and no code was needed after all.

”Very modern, nice and clean hotel. It would have been great to have some tea and coffee, though. The one major downside was that the place was hard to find. There are three Minn hotels within a block with very similar names, and this hotel isn’t listed in Google and Apple Maps, so finding the place was a trial and error operation.”
