”A great location in between Patnem and Palolem (both are walkable in 10-15 minutes) in the lovely, quiet village of Colomb. Close to some great spots to watch sunset. Clean and comfortable room, good desk space, and nice balcony. Helpful staff. Would recommend.”

”Nice place to stay, reasonably walking distance from benaulim beach. Would have been an excellent place to stay, had there been in house restaurant. Being studio apartments, kitchen is available but restaurant is not. You might have to ask hotel staff for things quite few times, upon request it would be available. Proactive approach of service could be expected at this stay value though. Otherwise clean, nit and tidy, well maintained property. Over-all good stay. ”

The entire property is cheaply built and maintained. The pool photo on the website is from the adjacent property. The guests are smoking everywhere on the property including the restaurant. The guests are drinking booze in broad daylight. The staff are poorly trained and dressed. The fittings inside the room are old and cranky....
