”We really enjoyed our stay. Location is perfectly tucked away and waterfront while not too far of a drive to just about anything you would need. Very clean which is huge! Beds were super comfortable but the master is broken down on some of the edges. We did have close neighbors but rarely seen anyone until our last night. I would only have 2 suggestions. #1 and no fault to the owner but I didn’t notice in the listing there is no dishwasher. That is usually a given and no one wants to do dishes...

Forrest was very quick to respond and help with any needs that came up. I highly recommend this outstanding VRBO.”

Good stay in Knoxville

"We hot to check in early and asked for a quiet room. The room was ok until the neigbours checked in and put the TV on - it was so loud that the whole floor heard it. We went downstairs to ask help from front desk. Natalie was very helpful and gave us another room, which was very quiet. Excellent service!"
