Incredibly clean, high-end appliances, great bathrooms/beds and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. The views were incredible, and the covered pool was perfect for young kids. They supplied beach chairs, pool toys, a crab net and even small flashlights to find crabs at night. This was our first time staying in Cape San Blas after staying in Destin, San Destin, Rosemary beach for years....

”We went from July 19 through the 26th of 2025. We brought our fifth wheel, which is close to 45 feet long, we are a family of five so we wanted to experience RVing on the beach. We absolutely loved being on this property. The walk is not long at all maybe two minutes at most. You would spend that if not more walking through a condo down to the beach. We had no issues with any of the neighbors, and the beaches had so many seashells, our teenagers loved collecting them to make gifts for family....
