”We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage by the lake. The hosts were amazing – very welcoming and always responsive to our requests, including providing bed linens we hadn’t realized we needed to bring. We truly enjoyed using the kayaks, SUP boards, and pedal boat. It was a lovely and memorable holiday!”

”This was a lovely property! The outdoor spaces were delightful, and we enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. The photographs accurately reflected the interior and exterior spaces, and the interior was comfortable and well-laid-out. We especially loved how light-filled the house was, and the walk-out level game and television room was definitely a bonus! The host was responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!”

”I was very impressed with the setup and the decor of the apartment. It was very convenient to be steps away from the bridge and the main street. Was very grateful that it was pet-friendly. My dog was very comfortable. One thing I would recommend is to add a light in the walkway to the apartment. It was very uncomfortable to be alone walking between the two buildings in the dark. ”

”Love this listing, the house was clean and the water was so much fun! The hot tub is definitely a nice bonus perfect for relaxation after some lake fun! Definitely coming back! ”

”We wre incredibly relaxed during the entire stay. No tight schedules to keep. Planned each day according to our moods. We are not hot tub people but its nice that its there for others. Nice fire pit as well. Unfortunately nights were hazy so star gazing was out, but not a drop of rain during the 4 days. Temps around 24⁰ each day. All in all a terrific get- away. Thank you Kate and Jon!”

”A beautiful spot to soak in a bit of Muskoka. Central to everything. Close to Huntsville and Algonquin Park, Lions Head lookout and Dwight Beach.Thoroughly enjoyed our morning coffees on the back porch taking in the view of the lake. The condo is well stocked. Clean and cozy.Hope to return again someday.”

”Our family enjoyed our stay in Hidden Valley. The house was easy to find and get in to. The space inside was very nice, appreciated the little extra things here and there like cozy throw blankets. I personally think the photos on the listing do not do it justice - the bathroom was much roomier than expected and we didn’t even realize there would be a sizeable deck. Sharing 1 bathroom with a big family gets difficult but we knew that when we booked so it worked out well enough for just a couple...

”Our stay at Steve's cottage last week was nothing short of magical. The highlight, without a doubt, was the **absolutely spectacular sunset view over Penn Lake, right from the private dock. Winding down each evening watching the sky explode in color over the calm water was an unforgettable experience – a view truly rare to find and worth the trip alone!The lake itself felt alive and welcoming. Easy to follow instructions to get there and for keypad entry; good room to park our SUV and hatchback; huge back yard; and safe street to walk up and down with our grandson & our pooch.
