”Very easy to speak with the owners of the boats and boat was spotless with a lovely welcome basket. The wash facilities in the marina were 5* and the views on the boat take any stress away. We were a party of 2 and it felt enough for below deck as the room definitely is up top. The restaurant in marina is fabulous and so are their cocktails”

”The stables are in an amazing location. Right on Lyndhurst high street. The kitchen and living spaces were brilliant for our large group of 16 adults and 10 kids. Loads of seating. Loads of plates, mugs, glasses. Plenty of parking - easily managed 7 cars.But the standard of cleanliness was very poor, particularly in the bedrooms. We found empty vapes, dirty tissues and cotton buds, cigarettes, nasty stains on the floors and more worryingly, the condition of the mattresses. Some looked like...
