”What a shiny gem this is amongst the entrance of the Shenandoah! Expansive very new house. Gorgeous banks of windows and spectacular views. Huge dining and entertaining spaces upstairs and the lower level is just so much fun! Pool table, darts, foosball, a huge wet bar complete with lounge TV seating, fridge, barstool seating and of course neon signs and cheeky slogans. Bedrooms are huge and lovely. Bathrooms very modern and higher quality. Outdoors you’ll find a hot tub and a pergola with cozy...

The host is very prompt and courteous in communications. She went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us when I temporarily mislaid the key.”

”It was a perfect combination for hubby and I. He likes the comfort and I love the outdoors. The stay was so comfortable, relaxing, and everything we both wanted and needed were close. The cabin is beautiful. It is a home away from home. Definitely highly recommended! ”

”A train came past the house at 7am in the morning. There is no mention of early morning train activity in the description. The mattresses were extremely soft and the blankets were very thin…so we were chilly. The house is beautiful…just these details are something to consider.”

”The property is in excellent condition, and as described. The host is extremely responsive and provides fantastic detail about the property. Very quiet rural neighborhood down a gravel road. Fantastic views from the cabin. Only complaint is the king bed was overly firm and the frame was noisy. The comfort of the bed just didn't match the excellent quality of everything else in the property. We enjoyed the selection of DVDs, games, and jigsaw puzzles.”

”The treehouse was the perfect getaway for our family. We all loved playing in the river, can't wait to come back soon. ”

”We had a great time and PLENTY of space for our 3 families of all ages. It was off the beaten path but within 10 min to everything you could want. Home is so spacious and the owner was amazing to work with! She even left breakfast goodies. There are little bars but remember, you’re on the river so it’s expected and they communicated that. The water has a terrible smell at first because again, your on the water but once you run it a bit l, it cleared right up. We would absolutely reccomend this...

”Lovely property out in the middle of nowhere and we didn’t see a single person during our stay! (We did, however, meet a very friendly dog during an evening stroll!) The property was very clean and well stocked. Looks just as nice as the pictures! I would advise bringing bottled water as what comes out of the tap is not easily drinkable. We had a fabulous time!”
