”This now the 3rd or 4th time we’ve stayed at the Orchard House over the past couple of years while visiting family for the holidays and our stay has been excellent each time. ”Perfect stop right on the Katy Trail! All was just as described in the listing. Close to shopping areas to stock up on food and supplies. Sent stay request on Friday after 6pm to arrive on Saturday and host replied within an hour that late reservation was no problem and property would be ready for my stay. ”

”Made contact with the host prior to booking to make sure getting there early in the morning was ok, and that there was room to park a trailer. They responded quickly. Then knowing we were going to be getting in late and be in the sun all day, they went in and turned the air down for us before we got there. ”

”Great spacious place to stay. Excellent place to be in town when you need to be close to family. I enjoy staying here every time I am in town from California. The beds are comfortable. There are clean comfy towels and toiletries in all bathrooms and a great welcoming basket. WiFi works great. Lots of seating. Ceiling Fans, Heater and Mini Splits are a plus!”
