"First room we stayed at was on the ground floor next to the restaurant. The room was noisy and not in good condition. After staying up the first night because of the noise, we got to stay another room that was a bit better and quieter with a nice view, but ac was leaking water to our floor quite a bit. Airport pick-up was late and we got blamed for 'not being at the right place', even though there was only one place where we could be: the arrivals hall. Overall ok service."
