”The electricity did not work for the first day and was not fixed until late evening. Ruined the trip because I specifically needed the kitchen. Also once the electricity worked the fridge was set automatically to too cold and everything in the fridge was frozen constantly. Also the room was a bit dirty and not cleaned properly. I also had to wait for the elevator to my room for over 15 minutes at one point because the cleaners were keeping the elevator stuck in another floor. And you couldn't...

”We had a great stay. It’s far enough out of town that it’s not too busy, but still plenty around to explore. Also a really nice walk into town in the mornings! It was clean, comfy and balcony was lovely. Did everything we needed it to do. Would have loved a fridge! Would stay here again :)”

”I truly enjoyed the easy check in and being given a pin code for the door instead of keeping track of a key. Also enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. Location was about 30 to 40 min walk from city center or 10 min bus ride to ferry. Other than location everything was wonderful. I enjoyed not being complety in the city center alot less noise.”

"We were deeply disappointed with our stay at this hotel, as several issues made our experience far below expectations for a five-star establishment. Firstly, the elevator was out of service for the entirety of our stay. Although we were repeatedly assured it would be repaired soon, this never happened. As a result, we had to walk up and down four flights of stairs every time we needed to access our room. Had we known the issue would persist, we might have requested a room change, but the lack of transparency made the situation unnecessarily frustrating. Secondly, the breakfast service left much to be desired. On two occasions, I ordered an omelette with cheese, specifically noting that I cannot eat pork. However, the first order arrived with ham, and the second with bacon. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially at a five-star hotel, where such dietary requirements should be handled with care and attention to detail. While we recognize there may have been positive aspects to the hotel, these significant shortcomings greatly impacted our overall experience. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel based on our stay."
