”We went to Richmond to attend a concert at the Allianz Amphitheater. Unfortunately, due to lightning in the area, our event was canceled. Since we were already in the city, we decided to stay, and had an amazing time in this home. There is a wonderful bakery on one corner of the street (Honey Baked Bee - amazing!!) and a nice diner/cafe/bar on the other corner (The Hill Cafe - get the Brussels Sprouts!!) ”Nice property and convenient location to Hollywood Cemetery, Allianz Ampitheater & Carytown. Quiet neighborhood and ample street parking. Have to rave about the beds! The most comfortable rental beds we’ve ever slept in! Fluffy, soft sheets, lots of pillows. All 3 beds were comfortable! Very pleased with our choice! ”

”The host was super responsive, polite, and gracious. It was a quiet neighborhood. This is the basement of an occupied home, so you can hear some, but no issues with excessive noise. Area was clean and welcoming. I shared this with the host, but there was no fridge. Latoya gave me access to hear wine chilling unit almost immediately to meet my needs- so appreciated. I would need a "real fridge," but would otherwise stay againThanks, Latoya! ”

”The place looked good online, but it is larger than it seems and better than I can express!!!!What a true gem in a setting you try to think of reasons to return for another occasion before you have even left.All went well and was very easy from the reservation, communication, arrival, stay, adding my son's dog for 2 days 24 hours before arrival, to cleanup and leaving,,,,,which we were all sad to drive away!Had a great experience that I left something and was able to go back a few days later...

”My partner and I visited the area to explore the VMFA. The property was well maintained and just as the photos on the listing portrayed. Our host even went grocery shopping for us which was a beautiful surprise. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. We are definitely planning on visiting the area again due to our experience this weekend. ”

”This is a great, well appointed property in an easy to access location. The home was clean and neat, though we’d recommend fewer air fresheners as those aggravated some allergies. The front porch is great for morning coffee, and the quaint backyard was a lovely place for dinner. The home has everything you need; we’ll definitely consider staying again if we are in the area!”

”The house was very, very nice. The description of house, amenities, and pictures are very accurately. The rental was very clean and we didn’t want for anything. The property POC provided the ultimate in customer service and was available if needed. Their communication was on point and they were quick to respond. We were in town to celebrate a bird that and attend an event close to VCU. The rental was close to VCU and downtown. This is a lovely home and would definitely recommend to others and...
