”This hotel had a kitchen, which was very convenient. It was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, with easy access to the metro and buses, yet it was very quiet, making our stay very comfortable.
The staff were also very kind. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and asked if they could hold our luggage, but they told us the room was already ready and kindly allowed us to check in early.

”We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent, conveniently situated next to RER hubs and Metro stations, making it easy to get around Paris.
We stayed on the 5th floor, and the small Parisian balcony was a delightful surprise. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee while taking in the city views. Another unexpected bonus was the free laundry facility on the 3rd floor, which was incredibly convenient during our trip. Highly recommend!”

”When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm.
The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. ”
