”Everything was fine in this little apartment. The one glitch is that the thermostat is in the upstairs apartment, and they control it. There is a space heater in the bedroom, but it could use some operating instructions. Laurie was very responsive to our complaint that the apartment was cold, and she had the issue fixed in minutes.”
