”Employees are very nice. There is no language barrier. They are very helpful. There is a lot of space in the room. The room is clean, new and comfortable with a lot of space to walk around and to open many suitcases. There are free drinks and snacks in the lobby. There are also free board games, comic books to borrow and even free Nitendo to play in the lobby. The location of the hotel is super convenient with plenty of restaurants nearby.”

”初めての民泊利用だったのでチェックインが不安でしたが、細かくメールも来て、詳しい案内も来たので問題なく利用できました！
防音トビラ付きの部屋がありカラオケが出来たり、部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせました。
歯ブラシだけアメニティが無いので、持参必要です。
近くに飲食店やコンビニもあり、便利でした。
都内と思えないほど静かでした。お勧めです！”

”I stayed at Studio Inn Nishi-Shinjuku for 10 days with my 16-y old daughter.
The place was absolutely perfect for us! Nice and comfortable, possibility to cook some simple stuff, deep enough bath tub for a tall western girl to have a bath in. Very homey which was nice after walking around the city for hours! Supersoft blankets in the bed :)
The location is very nice, walkable distance (approx. 20min) from Shinjuku station, but also buses from just around the corner dircetly to Shinjuku and...

”This was a 10/10 hotel in every way!
- Minutes walk from a station to take you in minutes to Shinjuku, Harajuku, Akihabara, and Ochanomizu
- It’s right on a back street near excellent food choices and bars that stay open late.
- The room itself is beautiful, spacious and very accommodating.
- There’s no check out process, just clean up and leave.
I can’t wait to get this hotel again next time we travel to Tokyo!

”We really enjoyed our stay here in Tokyo. The instructions were very clear, and having everything labeled especially for trash made things so much easier compared to other places we’ve stayed. It really helped us stay organized and made the whole experience more convenient.
The location was also great very walkable and in a peaceful neighborhood, which we really appreciated after busy days exploring the city.
