”Amazing views of the Cumberland River with a great back porch including a hot tub that overlooked the river. The owners were very welcoming and the perfect couple. We will definitely go back. I loved the small town and atmosphere. It was close to Cookville so we could visit the Falls. The house was roomy and clean.”

”We fished High School State Championship on Dale Hollow lake. The barn accommodations were great for us. It was safe so we didn’t have to worry about security of our boat or stuff. The property is absolutely beautiful. If we go back to Dale Hollow this is the first place we will check for availability.”

”Easy to find, check in was simple, house fully stocked with everything we needed. Nice area and some good restaurants. Hot tub and porch were very nice, beds comfy, its not the best VRBO I ever stayed in, but its pretty good. Owner was excellent with communication. Just remember guest bath water is backwards, hot is cold and cold is hot. ”

”The pictures do not do the property justice! A very lovely and inviting home conveniently located about 5 minutes off the interstate. For those travelling, not to worry! Although the roads are winding, very manageable. Great central location with easy access to numerous attractions. In town for an annual family reunion and this was a great relaxing home. Highly recommend.”

”We picked this property because of the location and what we wanted to do while we were there. We were close to all the State Parks and waterfalls we visited. It was a clean, comfortable and accommodating. We enjoyed hanging out on the back porch for morning coffee and again for evening beverages.
