”The home was very welcoming, comfortable, clean and accommodating. The place has a homelike atmosphere which was very pleasant and relaxing. The best perk was the washing machine and dryer; it was very helpful to have available! The owner was great to work with as well, and I hope to stay here again!”

”My family joined me for a wonderful trip to Brightstone. We fell in love. Our hosts were phenomenal and so helpful. Any questions we had were answered quickly and they are very helpful. The house contained everything we needed. The photos of the listing are accurate but photos do not do justice to the setting. The beautiful lake is amazing. The hiking trails were fun for the grandkids and we saw wild turkeys and other critters. We are planning a return trip next summer and cannot wait...

”Our daughter was graduating from Purdue so we needed a place large enough to host family of 12 flying in. This place was perfect! Only a short drive to campus and comfortable space for all. My parents do not do well with stairs so it was great to have a room for them on main floor. Love the basement -great for the teens and young adults. Casey and Erin were wonderful and easy to communicate with. We had everything we needed for a memorable and special getaway celebration. ”

”We enjoyed this VRBO for an extended family trip. The cleanliness of the bedrooms and bathrooms was exceptional. The views from the back deck was relaxing and just what everyone needed. The host was very responsive and provides a lot of extra perks (smores, coffee, soap, laundry detergent) that other VRBO hosts do not. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. We rented the pontoon one day and went to Indiana Beach another day. Both of these...

”The pix do not do this property justice, it was heaven. The engineering detail like the semi circle wooden steps, the master bath just out of architectural digest. The 20 foot island bar overlooking the lake was just fantastic. The deck with a wonderful view of the lake. Our friends who stopped by for 30 minutes took more pictures of our VRBO then they did at the wedding reception. All new appliances, pristine wooden floors. We wished we had booked a longer stay, we will be back for sure....

”Very nice house, plenty of room for everyone, loved the sun room up stairs.”

”I would strongly suggest you avoid this property. Unit was unsanitary and in disrepair. Filtered water from refrigerator was yellow. Tap water smelled strongly of sewage. Dishes and bathroom in dirty condition. A know leak came from the kitchen sink drain -- obviously an aware issue since a pot was placed beneath it. A curtain rod fell from the wall which nearly struck out sleeping infant. Never received any return communication from the property manager. Lot was incredibly overgrown.”
