"We really enjoyed the Japanese-style room with tatami and futons - something very different from the western-style rooms we had stayed at otherwise. Everything was clean and well taken care of, albeit a little dated. Both the breakfast and dinner were an experience with a plethora of dishes we would normally never come across. The location suited us, a very short walk from the Miyajima ferry terminal and within a walking distance of the main area of the island, without being crowded or noisy. Hotel staff were extremely nice, with the reception being fluent in English. "
