”The hotel was across the street from the annual lobster fest venue. We had a superb view of the harbor from our balcony. The elevator was fast and convenient. The gift shop and lobby were very nice and the breakfast options ( for a cost) was tasty and well priced.
But … The bathroom had a crack in the tub right where you stand. And the sink had one as well. The AC was LOUD and sounded like it was ready to die.The mattresses were old but no too bad if you slept single. THE VIEW AND LOCATION WAS...

”Would 100% recommend this place to stay. Jessica was so welcoming and invited our girls in the evening to feed their calves. She gave us her personal wifi password when we did not have service. She passed along her cell phone number so that we could communicate. She met us when we were leaving the next day to make sure everything was good. As for the accomodations; it was tight to fit 4 people for the night, but we made it work. The outdoor shower was excellent, and the port-a-potty was...

”We enjoyed staying at this site but we had difficulty with the address. I would recommend putting the number 67 on the outside of the mud room door, which would make it much easier to find the location
A member of our party had difficulty sleeping on the pull out couch and recommended a thicker mattress.
We also smelled cigarettes upon entry into the building but once the door was open for a short time the smell went away.
I would definitely stay at this site again when I the area.”
