”Hotel was opened just five days before we arrived. Room was really comfy and clean. Staff was very helpful and could speak English very well. The location was not so good but it was quite easy to take a subway from the nearby station (5 minute walk) and go to center.”

”Very comfortable hotel with a great location. The "smart" check in process is annoying and for us did not work at both Minn properties as hotels.com confirmation number is not the hotels reference number which causes confusion and needs assistance from humans that are not really there. They are there but they just tell you to use the online survey check-in process which is glitchy. We watched many travelers with similar issues.”

”Stayed for family of 5 in a room. The check in process is a bit confusing. But we finally figured out how to contact someone on the IPad provided at the front desk. Overall, the space and size of the place is just right. It is close to transportation and convenience store which is a plus. The cost for the value is ok, a little higher than I expected. Overall good experience. ”

”Friendly and helpful staff. Elize from the front desk was very knowledgeable. Nice room with a section of traditional Japanese space with Tatami, Japanese dining table and cushion seats. Space for 4 is descent. The room has washer and dryer. Has refrigerator and kitchen sink. The place is walikng distance to the train station and shopping areas. There are lots of places within the area for dining with excellent food. This place is highly recommended.”

”We didn't get to stay here long but it was a very pleasant stay. We got one of the suites and it was well worth it. The kids had their own room and it was nice to spread out. They had a washwr and dryer with detergent provided. The free water, coffee and drinks were very nice touch. Would come back again. ”
