Kuta Selatan – Loma-asunnot

"Hotelliin saapuessamme meille annettiin huone maan tasolta, siellä kuitenkin käveli matoja/toukkia ja niitä tuli sängyn ja yöpöytien alta lisää. Sanoimme siitä henkilökunnalle, ja he vain nyökyttelivät ja sanoivat, että kaikissa maan tason huoneissa on niitä. Saimme kuitenkin vaihdon toiseen huoneeseen, joka ei ollut maan tasolla. Huone oli ihan ok kunnossa. Ei erityisen siistejä, mutta ei huonoimmasta päästä. Huoneen siivous kuitenkin viikon loman aikana oli todella huonoa. Siivousta ei tullut joka päivä, vaikka olimme laittaneet oveen please clean our room kyltin. Majoituksemme aikana ystäväni joutui moottoripyörä onnettomuuteen, ja sairaalasta palattua pyysimme respasta jäitä hänen vammoihin. Jäiden tuonnissa kesti yli tunti, vaikka soitimme asiasta respaan uudestaan. Asiakaspalvelu ei ollut hyvää. Ruoka oli todella alkeellista, huonoimpia mitä olemme syöneet 3 viikon aikana Balilla. Ruoan seassa oli myös ripsi. Hinta-laatusuhde ei täsmää."

"Staff really service minded and polite, great pool area, shuttle to the beach, excellent buffet breakfast. We had halfboard, the service at the restaurant was a bit slow (low season, perhaps better manned during peak season). "

"We enjoyed super quick check-in, upgrade to Conrad Suite building and very attentive service. I especially appreciated service at Corand Suites pool, where the pool staff very promptly offered cold water and refreshment towels. We purchased half board which was great value for the money; the expectation was a buffet dinner but instead we were able to visit any of the resort restaurants and have a three course meal. Only inconvenience was hotel payments as I didn’t purchase resort credits but had to pay for all meals etc with my credit card. These payments tended to fail and typically I had to try several credit cards before payment was approved. Overall a great, relaxing stay and excellent service at this reasonably priced luxury resort."

"Okey hotel, but quite oldstyle and would need some facelift. Location middle of the golf course, so it’s quiet place. We have room with terrace and would hope, that there were chairs and table, it would have been nice to sit there in evenings. Restaurant was okey, we ate there two times. Staff was friendly."
