”The front desk staff were very kind and willing yo help. I actually forgot my bag full of important belongings, and the cleaner rushed to stop my driver from driving off, just to give me back my bag full of important items. If you guys read this by any chance, thank you again. Overall, the stay was comfortable for a quick stop.”

”The upsides: The room was great - roomy, beautiful and with one of the most comfortable beds ever! The staff was very helpful. "I will not be back. This hotel is definitely past its glory days and is at best a bad 3 star. The staff was nice. The hotel is not properly maintained. The corridor smelled mouldy, the lighting in the room was so bad, it was impossible to fully use the room. One bulb in the already dimly lit bathroom stopped working even though I had asked for it be replaced the previous day. I could not see my clothes in the closet due to poor lighting. The toilet flusher was falling off. The spa and gym were closed and under renovation and annoyingly, I was not informed prior to making my booking. The spa was the main reason I had chosen this hotel. I could not enjoy breakfast by the pool because debris from the renovations was falling into my plate. Quite a bad hotel stay overall."
