”The tiny house is an excellent concept, stayed with my two 14 year old daughters for 3 day ski trip and experience was five star- from pricing, to check in, to check out. Within walking distance of restaurants in Leadville, and 5 min drive to Safeway grocery store. House was equipped with everything one needs and very weak kept and very clean. Fully recommend it!”

”It is my 2nd stay in this property and I've stayed in Leadville in many ABnbs. The space is great and plenty of room, though my party is small. The kitchen is stocked and upgraded. Main living space is great. The shower is a bit dated but is fine for my use. It is great to have the fenced backyard, though upkeep could be improved (grass is up to a foot long) and maybe add some basic deck furniture. Overall was another great stay and will look to book again.”

”Very comfortable house, remodeled with modern features. The fireplace was cozy after a day of skiing, the beds very comfortable, the layout was perfect for us. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to downtown to walk. ”

”A very close walk to downtown Leadville and the Mineral Belt Trail. A nice park across the street with spectacular views of Mount Massive and Mount Elbert. The name used for the property is a little confusing because there are nearby streets with the same names and they are not relevant to the property.”

It's lovely, spacious, and clean. I had texted that there was no toilet paper in the house with the intent of going out to get some and 10 minutes later, someone showed up with the toilet paper! Stay here, you'll love it.”

”Great stay for our family of eight. Convenient location in Leadville to the main part of town. We came to hike Mt. Elbert and this location is a 30 minute drive from the north trailhead.”

”Not only did the house feel like another home but the snow outside made it a magical place. From making hot coco every morning to making snowmans outside its felt like living in a movie. This house was warm, fun and welcoming. It was sad to leave but we made some memories that will never be replaced.”
