”Nice clean property with decent view of ocean. Has amazing sunsets. Recommend owner add scrubber sponge for dish washing, more hand towels, and dish towels. Also recommend better labels on rubbish, recycle and compost bins because it was a total guess on how to distribute waste. Very good remote property, some highway noise but limited to occasional vehicles. Would definitely stay there again. ”

Jed was great to deal with and always prompt in returning emails and answering questions, he went out of his way to help and let us park our race car inside the shed as the car does not lock and we were concerned it might attract unwanted attention. rooms very clean and tidy and a good shower. ten out of ten from me.”

”What a lovely home in a great location just five minutes in car from Hokitika Town. Very spacious home and it was lovely and warmwith the log burner and heat pump. Beds so comfy and warm, we had the best sleep! Hosts very communicative and friendly. Go do the Hokitika Gorge walk and the Tree Top walk . ”Traveling with my parents and weren’t sure how they would like staying in a yurt but they loved it! More lux than I would’ve imagined! Lovely view of the Tasman sea, as well as a walkway along the cliffs and one down to the sand. We got there right as the sun was setting and it was beautiful. One night in the lodge

"Our lodge was close to the motorway and you could heart the traffic noise day and night. location is nice to close the beach, but the distance to main street is bit far by foot."
