”Gennaro went above and beyond to be sure we have a great time at the property,he speaks English. The house is warm and welcome, the garden was our relaxing place after a busy day at the beach(10 minutes walking distance to the sea where there are plentiful of beaches with sunbeds, there are a few free beaches too,there is a total of 4km of sandy beach). The sea was amazing, safe for kids.My only recommendation would be to get plenty of insect protection Everything else was just what we needed...

”Un agréable séjour de 7 nuits chez Barbara, Massimo et Alice qui nous ont très bien accueillis. Le logement est spacieux, comfortable avec une piscine très appréciable par ces températures !Proche des plages comme nettuno ou latina ainsi que de la gare pour ce rendre à Rome ! Un grand merci à babar à et Massimo pour leur disponibilité pour nos questions et leurs efforts pour nous comprendre . Nous le conseillons vivement ! ”

”Our stay was great.We were there for a week with 9 people.The property is huge, so everyone could find a quiet spot to relax.If you enjoy seclusion, this is the perfect place to stay.The last stretch to the property is a bit challenging, but definitely doable :)The nearest supermarket is about a 15-minute drive away.I highly recommend a trip to Sperlonga – a breathtaking town on a hill right by the coast.Communication with the hosts was excellent at all times.Any questions we had were answered...

”Amazing holiday house. Spacious villa with a magnificent view, very nice pool and all the equipment you need. The house is very well placed for day trips to beautiful villages like Sperlonga and Gaeta but also great to take the train to Rome for a visit. The pool is fantastic to relax but also large enough to do some actual swimming, and we were very happy that it contained salt instead of chloride. ”Die Unterkunft war super schön und sehr sehr sauber. Es war an alles gedacht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir sind durch unsere Flugverspätung erst spät abends angekommen und sind trotzdem herzlichst empfangen worden. Während dem Aufenthalt haben wir viele tolle Tipps der Gastgeber bekommen.
