”The manager I spoke with was very kind, respectful, and professional. Expedia informed me that I could check out before 8:26 p.m., and I have screenshots and other evidence to support this.
However, my experience the next morning was completely different. A woman came to my room, knocked loudly on the door, and repeatedly shouted, “Open!” When I opened the door, she immediately said, You have to leave now. The guy is coming to clean the room. I understood that I needed to check out before 2:00...

”The location was perfect for public transport - an easy flat walk from the train station and a short walk to the ferries. The flat has a beautiful view of the lake and access to a private beach. Aspects of the flat are a little tired, the taps in the kitchen move around, the shower needs the shelves repairing and mould removing. The air con in the main living area was appreciated and the check-in instructions were prompt and clear. Overall it was a good flat but with a bit of maintenance it...
