”Property and amenities as described. Fit our larger group well. Great Location with easy walk to private dock and close to Straight Creek Marina to put our boat in. Kids loved jumping off the dock in between the two houses. Would definitely stay here again and again! ”

Nice at the house it had everything you’d need in the kitchen n baths including float to relax in the lake. And what a view. The challenge is getting here. The last 5 miles or so takes about 20 mins of hairpin turns up and down the tn hills. Use your gps overall we had a blast”

”We had a wonderful time. Cherokee Lake is best kept secret, we’ve made it a yearly place to visit. Our family loved tubing and wakeboarding on the lake all week. The house was perfect and the best house for a large family with plenty of space for everyone to have their own space. The giant pantry is perfect for large groups and all the fridge and freezer space came in so handy. We plan to come back next summer! ”

Shower room has everything short of a toothbrush. :) Kitchen has a bar area that seats 4. Coffee/Kuerig combination that also dispenses hot and cold water. Big smart TV in living area. Check in was super easy. An access code is sent and it works well. For nature lovers - we were very amused by all the hummingbirds chasing each other around. ”

There were window AC units in the living room and master bedroom which was nice, but the bunk room was pretty hot. However, the host had a bunch of box fans in the unit that made it completely fine. ”This was a very charming house in Cumberland Gap. We were in the area for an event for LMU so the location was excellent. Everything was provided so that was a plus. The house was a 1928 house which gave it its charm. The books that were displayed were so interesting along with the family photos and albums.
