”the cabin was full of bugs and i told her i was trailering a boat and asked if that would be a problem, she assured me it wouldn't, it turned out to be a problem evetime i tried to go there there was nowhere to park or turn boat around, i had to wake up strangers in the middle of the night to move their vehicle so i could get boat in, then she allowed a big RV to park in driveway parking spots and it took up the whole area, it didn't park to one side it parked right in the middle blocking...

”This was perfect for our 2 night stay. It was clean (including the Keurig) and there were plenty of linens and dishes. The heater worked great, though it’s a different kind of unit with a remote and a quick Google search told us how to set it. No big deal. Check-in/out was easy and straightforward & the keypad was simple and worked without issue. There was plenty of parking room. The location was great, close to restaurants and the forest. ”Lack of communication. Started out with great communication and then had to cancel last minute because of High School tournament cancel tournament. Told me would give me a refund, but told me had to contact VBRO and when i did, she just never responded back to me. Its understandable that i wouldn't get a refback but dont say youll give someone a refund back and then ignore them.”
