”I have stayed at lots of vrbos and this by far has to be my favorite. The tranquility and peacefulness that engulfed this home was like no other. The area was quiet and perfect. We traveled to Tennessee to go ride atvs in the mountains, and this was a perfect retreat after a long day. This house just keeps going! I booked this house because it was central to everywhere we were going, and had enough room. When we arrived I didn’t realize there would be a finished basement with basically a whole...

”Spotless, with very comfortable beds and furnishings including snacks, towels, and extras! There is not a full kitchen, but they have a toaster, coffee pot, crock pot, toaster oven, and grill available with plenty of disposable dishes. Very quiet, with a great outdoor space facing the woods. Fire pit and plenty of outdoor seating too. Highly rexommend!!!”

”I always love staying downtown Knoxville. The apartment is located right in Market Square, so an easy walk to everything. If the outside downtown noise bothers you, there are disposable earplugs provided. All the necessities are provided and everything was clean and neat. ”

”Had the opportunity to stay here with my son while touring the University of Tennessee. Great location, clean residence, and responsive owner. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit the area.”

”We were only here for 3 nights and it rained almost 1 whole day, we still had a great time. We brought our boat and the grandkids and they had a blast. The convince of having our own boat ramp and covered doc was amazing. The view from the property is incredible. Host was very timely in responding to messages and made our checkin process very easy. They say it was the best vacation ever!!!”

”This particular area of Watts Bar Lake is probably the best view on the whole lake for sunsets. Aside from the views, the house is amazing with plenty of beds and bathrooms. We also made use of the boatlift, which is conveniently located in a community dock area below the house that’s easily accessible by golf cart. For those looking for hiking or running, there are plenty of roads and trails (just be aware, very hilly). ”

”No cell phone service up there , but everyone was helpful. I would definitely be booking again soon.”

”Our team was blown away by the space! They raved from the minute they walked inside. While we were close enough to walk to everywhere we needed to be, we had privacy and time to bond as a team since were not staying at the hotels with the rest of our convention participants. Everyone had a comfortable bed, and were excited to go home with clean clothes instead of having to laundry when they returned from our long, draining convention. We would definitely stay here again (and probably will)!”

”This property is centrally located. Quiet and relaxing. Plenty of room and comfortable beds.Bathroom is a bit outdated and the shower drips, but functional and clean.”

”Had trouble getting messages back from host I had to initiate the call 1 day prior finally recieved call back that evening Didn’t realize the host was living there full time But he did accommodate us as we pet set for Mr T he’s sweet and very well behaved just kinda weird but had no other places to go everthing was booked and last minute getting host to respond but all in all served the purpose ”

”Wonderful week spent with my husband, son, daughter, son in law and their dog. We rented a pontoon from Caney creek marina and spent the week boating, fishing, swimming and playing games.”

”This is an adorable place, well appointed and well maintained. The owner definitely mentioned that there are stairs however, I did not realize there are 2 flights to walk up with luggage. Very centrally located to bars, restaurants, and shops. Overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation for staying in the Old City section of Knoxville. ”

Good stay in Knoxville

"We hot to check in early and asked for a quiet room. The room was ok until the neigbours checked in and put the TV on - it was so loud that the whole floor heard it. We went downstairs to ask help from front desk. Natalie was very helpful and gave us another room, which was very quiet. Excellent service!"
