”Our triathlon club stayed at the property for the weekend to race in the “Rumpass in Bumpass” triathlon by kinetic Multisports. The home is amazing, it’s a perfect location and close proximity to event, and it easily accommodated the 10 of us with beds to spare! The owner was responsive via text message and very helpful when we had questions. ”

”Our family had a wonderful time at this house. Everyone had a place to go to if they needed a break from the large family chaos. Everything thing worked well, but the dryer needs some maintenance. Some instructions about the upstairs air-conditioning would be helpful. We were very pleased with the accommodations and the availability of floats and life vests! ”

We stayed with a group of 25 people, and it had everything we needed—from plenty of beds and towels to more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable.Dan, the host, was fantastic—super communicative and responsive. ”We rented the house for our daughters graduation from UVA. The house was wonderful. Very clean!!!! The set up of the house was great for a large gathering. The kayaks were used a lot. The water was a great temperature and very enjoyable even in mid May. Game room was a plus. Would recommend 100%!!!!!”

”We rented this house for a trip with three different families. With six adults and 4 kids, we had plenty of room and lots to keep everyone busy and happy. The house is well stocked with everything we could need and the owner was very communicative throughout our entire stay. The location was also great, right on the water but with lots of privacy. It would be really fun in the summertime. I highly recommend!”

”We spent the weekend to celebrate my son's high school graduation. It was even nicer than the pictures and so much to do! The kids fished, swam and at night we had a fire, s'mores and played games in the basement or sat on the upper deck. Super quiet neighborhood with a private boat launch around the corner! We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this house!!! ”
