”We had a wonderful weekend visiting our son for his birthday. The home is absolutely beautiful! Loved all the original wood floors and the quaint front porch. Although we didn’t use them, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware. I especially appreciated that an appropriate amount of towels and washcloths were provided. ”First and foremost, Joe is the ultimate host. Whenever I had a question, he answered immediately. He shared so much information about the area, as to shopping, eating, etc., and was clear about the many extras in this home. The environment is simply charming. It’s inviting and happy. Each room is coordinated and comfortable, especially the mattresses! Just when you think upstairs is awesome, you discover there’s a whole lot MORE downstairs, including bedrooms, game rooms, and a tv/ relaxation...

”This place has potential, but there are several things that need to be done for the property to bring it up to the standard of a vacation rental. First and foremost, it needs a deep cleaning. We spent our first full day of vacation cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds are awful. Awful. The appliances are in need of replacement.
