”Precious cabin for two! Beautiful drive on winding road along and over the White Oak Creek with views of the mountains forest and water falls. Lots of outdoor recreation activities. I booked white water rafting on the Nantahala in the morning and zip lining in the mountain forest in the afternoon! The fully equipped kitchenette was perfect for quick morning breakfast. ”We chose this spot to escape the late July heat in south Georgia, and it did not disappoint! The cabin has great air circulation and AC if needed. We dined out on the deck, took long walks with the dog down and back up the steep mountain road, and hiked on trails near Franklin. The Lazy Hiker Brewing Company is a cool place to raise a pint.”

”This house and property are stunning. We had a wonderful stay. We had a small issue at check in and the owner (and her crew) were quick to resolve it. Great communication with the owner. My family and our friends spent the majority of our stay at the house because there was a lot to do onsite (including reading, cooking, hiking, playing in the creek, fire pit, hot tub, relaxing). However, we did spend a day in downtown Franklin and had fun. I have no doubt that my family and I will return....

”The cottage was amazing overall. Everything from the epic views, the decorations and cleanliness all set this place apart from your average rental. The owners were easily reachable but maintained strict privacy. Instructions for arrival and departure were very clear and easy to follow. We hope to be able to start here again when we come back for more nature as there is so much to do close by. Our son loved the on-site creek and the nearby gem mines and waterfalls.”

It was also so nice to have the private creek and land to explore all to yourself! The view from the porch is the best thing to see when you wake up and before you go to bed. The driveway is steep but doable with all wheel drive. Private, quiet and peaceful. We loved it and highly recommend it!”
