”Very happy with this property. The beach was awesome, the house was just big enough for 3 of us, the location was convenient to a lot of things. The only 'complaint' I have is there was only one hanger in the whole place. I had to buy some hangers - I left them there for the next guests. The house could use a good deep cleaning - things like the doors, the cabinets, under the beds, etc. We would definitely stay at this cabin again!”

Brought our pontoon boat so spent most of our time either on the water or on the back deck. Nearest public boat ramp was about 15 minutes away but was no issue at all. Very easy to find. If ever in this area again would definitely consider renting again. ”

We also played a card game with 18 people and the long tables worked out great. At first, we thought the configuration of the rooms was interesting. ”House is amazing and well stocked with dishes, glasses, and utensils. 3 washer/dryers, 3 refrigerators, AMPLE parking, close to grocery and pizza place. Boat dock will handle 2 boats under cover and a third on the side. Dock is large. Porch is huge, shaded with fans. Eating area was big enough for 22 people. Kids loved the fire pit area. House had several canoes and paddles. There is a grill. The cove is calm and not very crowded and the boat ramp is very close by. This is our second year there...

”I'm a history buff. So I was pleasantly surprised to see this really nice small apartment. The art and decorations were really cool. I hadn't seen a rotary phone in years. It was comfortable, safe, clean, and conveniently located. Just bring ear buds because of traffic noise and there are stairs. I have no complaints though and Alexander was kind and helpful.”

”Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week-long vacation at Lake Martin. The location was perfect. Quiet with very little boat traffic. The house was clean and comfortable. And renting the pontoon boat for the week was the best. If you rent the house....strongly recommend renting the boat as well. There are lots of places to go on Lake Martin and we took the boat out every day. Would definitely go back again!”

”Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The views, water access were perfect. Large areas to relax or be active in the lake kept everyone busy. The kitchen was equipped with anything you might need! Communication was also superb, very fast to respond to any questions. Definitely would recommend and we hope to return next summer!”
