”We had a fantastic stay! Stephanie, the hotel manager, went above and beyond—she was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The location couldn’t be better—perfect for walking to downtown Athens attractions and great restaurants. A real hidden gem was the rooftop, offering stunning views of the city. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!”

”We loved staying at this house! It was the best stocked house we have ever rented! We love to cook and we planned to bring most of our supplies with us from home because rental houses usually have just the minimum. This kitchen was equipped with spices, pots, pans, and more than enough supplies for a comfortable stay. Our kids loved walking down to the water and using the kayaks and water mat. There is plenty of seating and the bedrooms were the perfect fit for our group. Edita is very quick...

”The property was great. Plenty of room/space. Loved the rustic feel it had. Back porch/patio was huge along with a big open yard. Also a very cool loft area especially for younger kids. Close to boat ramps as well as Toccoa and Lavonia. Would definitely stay here again. ”
