”If you need to be on campus, this is the perfect spot! Squeaky clean, it has everything you need. The only small issue is the on-street parking which was tricky during the relays but I’m sure is better other times during the year. It was quiet and the other tenants were considerate.. loved it! ”

However, with a house that has easy capability to sleep 8 people it has a small kitchen table with only 4 chairs. It would be advantageous to at least have 4 additional folding chairs and either a bigger kitchen table or an additional folding table that could be used if needed.
