”Booked this house for my cousins wedding which was during Memorial Day weekend. House was fantastic, very clean and spacious. Good location just 10 min to the beach (without traffic). Host was great. Will definitely stay here in the future. ”

Property is close to many shopping and dining options and is convenient to Sarasota and the beaches on Ana Maria Island. Newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms made for a comfortable stay. ”

”Just stayed for the night with a flight out the next morning but the place was clean and updated. Would definitely stay again. The pool area was huge and having the tiki bar right on the property was a plus. ”

It's NOT your usual run of the mill, boring place. We highly recommend this location and address as it's close to Bradenton Beach and Anna Marie Island. ”We loved the location & the amenities the house had to offer. We would definitely booked this house again!! I messaged the owner's about empty propane tanks and they were filled within an hour. Great communication and speedy response! The person who came to get the tanks was also wonderful and super friendly. The biggest downside for us was only having 2 bathrooms and the location of them. When you have kids in the pool that need to use a bathroom your options are go into the primary bedroom...

”My husband and I were visiting Florida for a wedding and needed a one night stay in Sarasota. This was the perfect place! The host was great with communication, responded in a very timely manner, and answered all our questions. Our stay was very relaxing. We enjoyed the beautiful view from our balcony, the food and music as well! It was also nice watching the planes fly over going to the airport. The bed was very cozy and comfortable, everything in excellent shape, and spotless!!! The pictures...
