”What a jewel this house is - the history and the care in renovating are phenomenal. I slept upstairs and enjoyed it very much. I love all the windows which allow a lot of light into the house. I was surprised how close it was to the street and we did hear some street noise through the night. The coffee bar was wonderful as was the garden which notes all of the flowers that have been planted. I really enjoyed that.”

”Amenities were overall very accommodating. Truly enjoyed the kitchen and all of its extra snacks and the sodas and waters in the fridge. There are a couple kitchen/ dining room chairs that need mending (loose bolts underneath). Also the toilet downstairs was wobbly. But did truly enjoy our stay! ”

”Matt was a great host! He gave great directions to get to the property and how to checkin and out. The house is beautiful! It was a short drive to the fairgrounds and was great for multiple families to stay in, definitely beats a hotel. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoor seating due to frigid temps and a snow storm, but it looked like a great place to hang out when the weather is nice. I would highly recommend and we would stay here again!”
