We spent the day exploring Cane Creek and Dismals Canyon, then enjoyed a relaxing evening at the cabin. Grilled out with ease—there’s a grocery store just 3 miles away. ”This was an amazing property. The host was extremely responsive with all of my questions. Very quiet and peaceful… The screened porch and the deck were amazing places to enjoy the weather and storms that pass through. The creek was perfect for kayaking. Kayak with my blue heeler for the first time and she loved it! There are so many places close by to go hiking and playing in the woods. The cabinet itself is beautifully decorated and super comfortable. Had everything we needed and more.”

”The listing was very accurate based on pictures and had a very true lake house feel. Only complaint is about the next-door neighbor's dog. The red brick house had a dog that came over to our rental property and barked aggressively and blocked my grandkids and daughter in law from walking up the path to the house from boat ramp. The owner eventually came out and got the dog. We only had the one-time problem.”

It has a sweet smell of cedar when you enter and a lovely view of a deck and a common outdoor fireplace out back with the river running behind it. ”Property manager was was friendly and was available for anything we needed or wanted. Honest the pictures on VRBO do not even come close to showing the beauty of the property and cabin. The cabin was fully furnished, clean and welcoming. We will definitely going back again.”

”My wife and I were in town for family business. We have many family members in the region, and we wanted to stay far off the grid. I’m glad we did. No phone, no cable, no nothing. Absolutely fantastic! We plan to bring our children on the next trip in about 8 months. This place is #1 on the list for my wife and I. I have stayed in most states and countries, but this by far is the best stay in quite some time. We are coming back. If you want to make an offer to sell, let me know. ”
