”This beautifully updated Blenheim house has a well-appointed living room & kitchen with three spacious bedrooms, a full bathroom & a half bathroom. It includes an excellent patio with a large grill, outdoor dining area -- all of which are set within a welcoming garden space. The house is located within easy driving distance of the Omaka Aviation Heritage Centre, superb Marlborough wineries and Blenheim City Centre shops & restaurants.”

”Except for the steep driveway everything about the property, the views, the interiors, the amenities and the neighborhood were stunning. The tread mill in the garage is an indication that everything was over the top. We have been everywhere and this is a seven star property on a five star scale.”

”Nice property. Garden is a little unkempt, and the shower is basic. We had problems with a window, and had no response from the property manager, but hopefully this has now been sorted. I also would have liked more information about the bins, i.e. which was the recycling bin, what could go in it and when it gets collected. But all minor points”
