”The house exceeded all expectations. I can’t possibly say enough about this place. It’s perfectly located, perfectly clean, perfect layout. We didn’t have kids but had we, it would have felt extremely welcoming. Plenty of room, super clean, great temperature control inside, the bedding was top-notch, access to a grill…. Seriously awesome. The owners were excellent with communication. I’ve travelled the world and they, again, were top brass.”

”We had a splendid time at this great property. The boys spent most of the time in the lake! They loved the paddle board and kajaks. The house is cute and the kitchen is well equipped. Towels and linens were provided as well as all the small stuff like cleanser shampoo and co! BBQ was easy on the porch and s’mores were made in the fire pit. ”We had a lovely stay at the King Hill Cottage, and loved being so close to the cute town of New London. The house had everything we needed, the layout was perfect for three generations of family, including a little loft and hang out space underneath that our toddler absolutely loved (and claimed as "his loft!") The fire pit area at the back of the house added a great space for the family to relax. We would absolutely rent again! ”

”Beautiful place right on the lake. Very basic accommodations, we really only slept there. Perfect for what we needed. I had trouble with the television, couldn’t figure it out. We were trying to watch the Celtics playoff game. Emailed the host I didn’t get a response Until the next day. Ironically, in her email, she said “ Don’t hesitate to reach out “ and she was “available 24/7”. We ended up listening to the game. Other than that, we had a great stay.”

”We enjoyed our weekend stay! The room was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and the amazing view. Yes, the walls were thin and at times we could hear the next room, however most people are respectful of the quiet times posted and the room had a sound machine. ”The cabin is so cute and cozy! Very comfortable. We slept great! The neighbors were very friendly and even invited us over! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The lake beach were amazing! We had a wonderful weekend getaway. The hosts are easy to contact. We will stay again! Love love the location! The only downside is there is no lake view from the cottage like we thought but easy lake access. We did not use the hot tub, washer/dryer or fire pit but those are great amenities!
