”We only stayed one night, but everyone had a great time. The house is bright and inviting, and the back yard is a wonderful place to put your feet up in a swing or sit around the fire table. The kids loved the twin bedroom, making smores and playing on the green with all the golfballs. Thr letting us stay!”

”We had a wonderful stay in Fruita. The home was very well set up for our stay, had everything we needed. The outside could definitely use some upkeep but it was a windy and hot time while we were there. We went ahead and used the broom that was outside and the hose to clean up the back patio and gave the furniture a good spray off so we could enjoy some morning coffee outside. We did not sit out front but definitely a bit cobwebby and dirty out of there too. I know without someone living there...
