”My husband and I stayed a couple nights at this cozy rustic cottage. We enjoyed our stay very much. The air conditioning was superb. The cottage had a cabin feel outside and a home feel with all amenities inside. The ambiance and decorations were delightful. Full kitchen and able to cook meals for breakfast and dinner. Approximately 20 minute drive away from Mammoth Cave National Park. Host was available onsite but we had privacy. ”

”Lovely place to stay, with it's quirks. Close to Mammoth Cave NP, near some good eats, and private. The hot water was excellent, and the kitchen had everything we needed.Host was nice and friendly.”

”Our cabin was new and updated, cozy. Also, cabin was clean and all amenities were there: laundry machine, dishwasher, utensils, TV's. Purchase your own woods, it will be cheaper. Nice place for getaway. ”

”We had an overnight stay. Nice little house. Was about 15 minutes outside of town. A bit noisy since it's on the highway. ”

”We had a wonderful time once again at this cabin. Some fished, we had a fire each night and grilled one of the three nights we stayed. Everything was excellent! We can't wait to stay again soon. Thank you for having this place for us to escape to!”

”Property is as described. Was perfect location for visiting the dam and the hatchery. About 15 minutes from a store, so shop ahead. Communication with host was very little, but when we got there, there was a note that had a local number to call/text. We lost power during a brief night storm and that individual was quick to reply and so friendly - even checked on us twice! I think they are blasting a road in the mountain just below the home, so its a little noisy and is cutting out some of the...

”The host and property were amazing. The host thought of every little detail to make our Stay feel comfortable and like a home away from home. Our eight-year-old son enjoyed the playground, the pond where he caught serval fish (catch and release), boar games and so much more. We look forward to staying again at the end of the summer. ”

”Property was perfect for what we were looking for. Floor plan nice, spacious, and open so that everyone can socialize together. Beds comfortable. Plenty of room outside for activity. Pool area is wonderful, if you're lucky enough to have the weather cooperate so that you can enjoy it, unfortunately mother nature did not cooperate during our stay. Highly recommend if your looking for nice, quite, relaxing stay.”

We were disappointed that we couldn’t walk out to the dock because the lake level caused the walk way to be under water but that did not deter us from the fun we had! ”Heather had the place in pristine condition: we felt right at home as soon as we walked in. There was an error in the listing, however, that advertised it as having a queen bed. It actually has two double beds, which is way too small for us. Heather was apologetic and worked with us. If double beds are okay for you, you'll enjoy your stay in this cabin!”
