Perched on a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan, this hobbit house is within walking distance of all downtown Charlevoix has to offer along with easy access to parks and beaches. I adored staying here and look forward to the opportunity to do so again.”

”View from the window is beautiful. Very accessible to the ferry where my husband need to travel everyday. Close to restaurants and shops. Very good location.”

”My husband and I, along with our infant, parents, and two dogs stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. The location is great, as it offered pretty views of the river and was very close to downtown South Haven. The amenities were excellent; we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!”

”The property was clean and well stocked with items needed! The property was close to restaurants and shopping downtown. Despite road conditions for construction, it was still really easy to navigate. Actually gave us the opportunity to see the gorgeous houses on the side roads! Loved this place and will come again. Also really spacious if there were more of us!”

”The home is very spacious and comfortable. Very nice furnishings with so many extra pillows :) The kitchen is well appointed and clean. The location is great, but there is serious construction in progress on Front Street. Neighbors upstairs were moving furniture and practicing walking in high heels in the evening and into the early morning. I slept through it but my teen could not. We had a great first visit to TC and this was a very convenient place for home base.”

”Our family had a relaxing time in South Haven and Holland this week while staying at this sweet house. Everything about the house was nice and clean. Thank you for a tea pot! Plenty of kitchen supplies and place settings. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Lots of extra towels is always nice. We were only minutes from town to get groceries and from restaurants. We were also walking distance to the beach. However, we like Van Buren State Park best for their beach, especially if you...

”The place was amazing! Very clean and looked very nice. We kept our small cooler loaded with ice from the fridge ice maker for our day trips. The hot tub worked wonderfully. One note is this place has a normal water heater. You will drain all the hot water if you use the hot tub. The bed was amazingly restful. Typically, I hate sleeping on any bed but ours. Not the case. I use tons of pillows too and they had ample amounts. We did notice in the mornings that there was some water leaking from the...

”I picked this spot because I wanted to take my son to visit Grand Valley State, and I also wanted something "fun" for my younger daughter. The Grand Castle was a hoot! And the unit was spotless, huge, and perfect for the three of us!”
