”Luxurious yet comfortable, had pretty much everything you might need for a lovely staycation (could do with a microwave though for warming things up!). Ideally situated for visiting Sussex’s coastal towns and inland City of Chichester and historic town of Arundel. Beach is a pebble beach, and sadly full of seaweed when we visited so we couldn’t get to the water without getting covered in the stuff, but that can’t be helped. Lovely stay overall! ”

”We stayed for the one night, glad it wasn’t more. The living room stank of mould from the leather sofas. There were cobwebs all over the place. There was mould all over the upstairs bathroom. The hot tub was nice, however it’s hard to close the doors. Most The lights in the hot tub room were also not working. Don’t even get me started on the quality of the bed and bedding. Cheap and flimsy.:.”

”The property really couldn’t have been any better for our weekend celebrating my sister’s hen party. The location was perfect - central, seconds from the sea and near to all of our planned activities. The communal areas were fantastic, especially the large dining area. "Sijaitsee juna-aseman vieressä. Jos aikainen lähtö tai vaikka myöhään Brightonin peli, hyvä sijainti. Muuten vähän tylsä ja kannattaa ottaa hotelli lähempänä rantaa. Kylpyhuone oli varsin kulahtanut, mutta huone oli muuten siisti ja tilava"

perfect location

"Beautiful old hotel right by the sea and close to everything. The hotel has old charm and glamour, but needs some updating. We stayed in a room that hadn't been refurbished (we were told that all rooms should be done by April 2025). Room basically had no window since it was facing the opposite wall less than one meter away. I would definetely recommend to book a room that faces sea or atleast a streetview unless it is just a place to sleep. We picked a hotel based on availability of parking but that really is not an issue. We found plenty of parking garages right in the center so if you don't mind walking 200 meters, there's no need to book a hotel with parking. "

Cold room and room change

"The first room was on ground floor and it was cold. I made reclamation an maintenance adjusted heating system. after 1.5 hour I got new room from 4 floor. That room was warm and nice."

"Todella ystävällinen henkilökunta. Tulimme tänne lentomme Gatwickistä peruunnuttua. Henkilökunta empaattinen ja palvelu erittäin hyvää. Huoneet siistit ja huoneessa palvelut kunnossa. Ravintola mukava ja ruoka oli hyvää. Hotellin ympäristössä ei ollut käytännössä mitään. Vieressä liikuntakeskus, jonne saa alennuksella päivälipun, mutta piha-alueella pelkkää parkkipaikkaa, joten lähialueen ulkoilu ei ollut kovin miellyttävä kokemus. Hotelli varmasti autoilijoille hyvä taukopaikka Lontoon ulkopuolella. Myös lentokentän läheisenä hotellina ajoi asiansa. "

Older hotel with charm and good service

"Very friendly service everywhere. Excellent breakfast. Older hotel w charm. I booked the smallest room for 3 day trip and as fairly big guy it was a mistake :) Shower so small that i was barely fitting myself in. But the room is ok if you just need a bed for the night. Room itself was clean and bed comfy. "
