”This house was perfect for our annual Guys Weekend (a few dads in their 40s and 50s).Plenty of room, clean, and quiet. We appreciated the fussball table, dart board, and comfortable living room with a big TV for sports. Fishing was good too, caught quite a few bass, and we got a kick out of the boat. We all agreed this place was great, and would recommend to all. ”

The home is just as pictured and located on the far west side of Springfield. Close to restaurants and shopping. Home has a large bright nicely stocked kitchen including all kitchen utensils one might need for cooking, a laundry area just outside the kitchen with washer and dryer. ”An older apartment refurbished recently, but not quite all finished with it, particularly in the bathroom where the door won't close and there are holes in the shower walls. Rest of apartment very clean and kitchen pretty well equipped for cooking, except the coffee maker was missing the brewing basket , which made it useless. Up a two story flight of stairs. Great location but confusing to find because there was no number visible on the building.”
