”The property was like staying at a 5 star resort . Owner and caretaker Steve catered to us in every way . Steve and Peggy took us on a sunset cruise which was fantastic . Then set up a karaoke night for all of us and wow can he sing !!! Peggy is a beautiful lady and you can tell how much she cares about every little detail Her decorating skills are fabulous! We booked again for next year and plan to every year from now on . House has everything you can think of no need to bring anything . Loved...

”Our family of 5 and dog stayed at this little cottage. We enjoyed swimming off of the dock and the ability to park our boat. We enjoyed nearby hiking and exploring. We would love to come back. Don’t expect 5 Star, but it does the job for a great price. I am tall and had to duck through doorways and there were a ton of crane flies, but no deal breakers. We enjoyed waking up to the river. Thanks for the enjoyable family get away. ”

”Cannot say enough about how completely relaxing this cottage is! Every possible amenity is provided, the view from the deck is beautiful, landscaping is charming, it is always immaculate, and it so quiet, yet close to everything we like (by boat or car)...Back Porch Grill, Fisherman's Wharf, boat launch, marina (for repair or gas), and Garvin's Gardens. We try to come here at least once every year, and somehow it just keeps being better! Thank you Marie for providing NIRVANA II for us. ”

”This property was perfect for our large family of 28. A few people were not able to make it in the end, but it would have accommodated all of us with ease. We had a wonderful time exploring Hot Springs and enjoyed kayaking every afternoon or evening when we returned to the home. Everything was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. We loved the bunk rooms as there was room for all grandchildren with a girl’s room and a boy’s room. This left parents to enjoy their own rooms. We stayed in the...

”My husband and I and our two grown sons and their spouse and girlfriend enjoyed this property. Great open floor plan, three bedrooms, nice kitchen three bathrooms, which was really nice. Very nice dock and access to the lake. We worked directly with the owner of the property and she was very responsive and very nice. She gave us some great ideas of where to eat out as well. I would definitely book this property in the future. The great location of the lake but then the short drive to all things...

”This was just what we needed. Cozy 1 bedroom, top floor unit, with Eastern view of beautiful Lake Hamilton. Wonderful on site pool and easy access for your paddleboard or kayak.”

”We had an amazing week at this well appointed, newly remodeled home on the river. We come to this area every year to pick up our kids from camp and to spend some “unplugged” time together. This was the perfect house for our family of 4 plus one aunt and grandma. We kayaked and tubed in the river by day and played air hockey, pool and card games and made s’mores on the campfire at night. We wouldn’t have changed a thing!The property managers were excellent communicators and very accommodating....
