”We booked The Mercantile on the Katy Trail as a last minute, on a whim stay during our family road trip. We couldn't believe how amazing the property was when we arrived. Every detail was thought of, and what an amazing place to stay! It was by far the best place we stayed during our multi-state road trip. Highly recommend to anyone!!!”

”We absolutely loved my stay at this property! It was a perfect blend of relaxation and activity, with so much to do right on-site. We found plenty of ways to unwind while also enjoying various activities. The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to escape the daily grind. The owners are great people. It was our anniversary and they gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate with. ”

”Myself and a friend stayed for one night. The outside of property was okay. Hill steep. Parking not great. However the house itself was adorable. It was very nicely arranged and decorated. Plenty of towels and they were soft. Clean and neat. Would recommend! ”

”This was our first time visiting Hermann. We enjoyed the town and this house. It's cutely decorated, and the hosts added special touches making our stay very enjoyable. It's a great location, walking distance to restaurants and the shops. If you have a low clearance car, I'd avoid the driveway in front of the house. We parked on the side street and had no issues. ”
