”This is an amazing stop for anyone riding the Katy (or anyone visiting Hermann). We found it a perfect stop at the end of the long day of riding. It was right off the trail and they made it easy (so we didn't have to go out that day). The communication was great; the place was lovely. We would absolutely stay here anytime I'm visiting this area. ”

”We had such a nice stay at this property. The cabin was clean and decorated so cute. We stayed over Christmas and the host even had a beautifully decorated Christmas tree to set our mood for the week. It was such a nice surprise to walk into. So many special touches. The bathrooms were stocked with hygiene items such as toothbrushes, hand cream disposable razors and even a fully stocked first aid kit which we actually needed. ”Some friends and I wanted a weekend away so we rented this location. We swam in the lake, grilled steaks, and sat around the fire until late into the night. The view is gorgeous and once you go inside the giant windows mean the view remains. It is spacious with plenty of beds. It has a very modern feel while maintaining a sort of rustic cabin charm.”

”We stayed here while bicycling the Katy Trail. We weren’t prepared for the hills but Renee took pity on us & helped us get around. We visited the Stone Hill Winery cellars. Very interesting. The Himmel Haus is wonderful. We were able to do laundry & Renee even helped fix a flat tire! She fixed us a delicious breakfast before we hit the trail again. ”
